at ERICH also manufacture Demagnetizers. Demagnetizers are essential
equipments for the tool rooms. The magnetic chucks when come in contact with
hard steels magnetize the steel due to which they become unusable. To
overcome this difficulty the tools are passed over the demagnetizer. These
are available in plate type and aperture type and can also be installed on
line. The demagnetizers are operated on 230v single phase AC at 50 Hz. These
are also manufactured as per specific requirements.

at ERICH also manufacture Ferrite Cores. Ferrite cores are homogeneous
ceramic structures and are very dense. They consist of iron oxide mixed with
oxides or carbonates of one or more metals such as zinc, manganese, nickel
or magnesium. After pressing they are fired in a kiln to meet various
operational requirements. The ferrite cores are available in different
shapes and sizes. These cores have high resistivity so that their
eddy-current loss at high frequency is much less than that of metallic
magnetic materials.
