Magnetic Separators

The machine is useful for non-electric separator and is perfect to extract pure metal. It separates tramp iron from non-magnetic material processed in bulk. Magnetic Separators are recommended for Grinding, Honing, Transfer-lines and machining center. It also can be used for rolling mills for filtering coolant which helps to improve the surface finish of the sheets.

WORKING : The contaminated coolant from the machine is fed into the inlet of Magnetic Separator. The dust particles are attracted and arrested by the Magnetic Drum. The Magnetic Drum attracts the dust particles when it goes between body and the drum with the help of a scraper dust and allows squeezes by a synthetic rubber roller mounted on the spring drive powder stored into the dust collecting tray. It filters almost 95% for ferrous particles.
