Our
range of Magnetic Pulleys is mainly used as head pulleys in belt continuous
and automatic removal of tramp metal from material flow. As the tramp metal
contaminated material comes within the pulleys magnetic field, the ferrous
tramp gets attracted and is held to a belt till it reaches the underside.
The cleaned and non magnetic material gets discharged over the pulley in a
vertical drop. The encompassing range of our powerful permanent magnetic

at ERICH also manufacture and export Take-Off Rails. These Magnetic take-off
rails help in removing the ferrous materials from the conveyors magnetic
field. The magnetic force of Take-Off rails decrease along their length
which helps in the final removal of the ferrous fines from the non ferrous
flowing materials. At the other end the magnetic force is nearly zero from
where the metal gets discharged. The magnetic Take-Off sections are
available in different face width.
