We
at ERICH also manufacture Magnetic Base and V Block. ERICH Magnetic Bases
are the most universal type of dial gauge indicator holder. For the gripping
of the flat surface the Base and the two sides are energized and a vee-slot
enables the base to hold on round surfaces.
There is also an exclusive push-button controls turning ON and OFF which
allows to have one hundred location of the base on any machine tool. If it's
required importantly then a scriber can be fixed in place of dial indicator.
A regulator type ON and OFF system is also available. The Magnetic 'V'
Blocks are generally used in the tool rooms for drilling, grinding and
simpler applications.
There are a total of three magnetic surfaces constituting the 'V' Block..
Top and Bottom are at 90 degrees 'V' angle and the end surface is opposite
to switch. All the three Magnetic Surfaces and the two sides are very
carefully ground, and when turned ON all three magnetic surfaces gets
activated simultaneously. In the 'V' there is a permanent magnet that holds
the work firmly and tightly.
