Magnetic Separator

We are one of the few names to offer Over-Band Magnetic Separator that is extensively used for removing magnetic parts from non-magnetic materials in order to protect crushers, mills, processing plants, etc., against too much wear and damage.

These serve for cleaning non-magnetic bulk goods with iron contamination, for instance cleaning of foundry sand, coal and the like. These are also used for recovering magnetic material from ore, steel mil slag etc.

It is also suited for removing tramp iron in quantities where continually discharging magnetic separators are necessary. Iron is extracted against gravity from the flow of material and held firmly to the magnet face until the magnet is de-energized.

We at ERICH offer a very wide range of Plate Magnets that prove their usefulness by removing very fine and weakly magnetic impurities that are present in various different kinds of product materials. These Plate Magnets have a very higher magnetic pull as compared to various other conventional plates and have a very easy installation process. These Magnets are available in different sizes as per specified and required by the customers. These have a large variety of applications and are usually fitted over conveyor lines, material flow ducts etc.
