Magnetic SeparatorsThe machine is useful for non-electric separator and is
perfect to extract pure metal. It separates tramp iron from non-magnetic
material processed in bulk. Magnetic Separator is widely used in various
industries to extract iron. We offer qualitative Magnetic Separators
available in various shapes and sizes. Our Magnetic Separators are also
fitted over conveyor lines, material flow ducts, etc and are customized as
per the client's specifications. Magnetic Separators are recommended for
Grinding, Honing, Transfer-lines and machining center. It also can be used
for rolling mills for filtering coolant which helps to improve the surface
finish of the sheets.
WORKING: The contaminated coolant from the machine is fed into the inlet of Magnetic Separator. The dust particles are attracted and arrested by the Magnetic Drum. The Magnetic Drum attracts the dust particles when it goes between body and the drum with the help of a scraper dust and allows squeezes by a synthetic rubber roller mounted on the spring drive powder stored into the dust collecting tray. It filters almost 95% for ferrous particles. Suspended Magnets Suspension
Type Magnets are most useful for products carried by the Belt Conveyors. Use
of Suspension Type Magnets is recommended for products with low
contamination. However if the frequency of the impurities is too high, these
will make a layer shunting magnetic field. The equipment will require
frequent cleaning.For such applications Over Band type Magnetic Separator is recommended. The main applications are for the processing of Bulk products such as Sugar, Coal, Minerals, Cereals, Coffee, Food, Glass, Cults, etc. These Magnets are manufactured using Anisotropic Strontium ferrite magnets that use best quality stainless steel to prevent them from damage or breakage. These Suspended Magnets are available in any width of conveyor, require no rectifier or wiring and its installation cost is minimum and operating cost is nil. As the product on the conveyor belt flows under the powerful magnetic field, ferrous material is pulled out of the product flow and held to the face of the magnet. These magnets use coils that are made from Aluminum or Copper double fiber glass and are also provided with the control panel.
